When I received the parcel from Vimoksha the selenite plate was already broken . I was so disheartened to see it however I immediately informed them  and shared the Unboxing video . Their team immediately acknowledged it and sent me a replacement within 3 working days . I was so happy to see their immediate response and to receive the replacement . I have been using their crystals for couple of months and have experienced good results . The best part about vimoksha is they add their customers to a Watsapp support group immediately after the purchase and share  demo videos explaining how to use their products .We can ask any questions and post our queries on that support group and it gets addressed immediately.
